As the tech industry advances, the demand for higher computing performance continues to grow. Consequently, the hardware requirements for computer communication devices are also escalating. As a fundamental product in electronic devices, the precision of PCBs determines the overall performance of the final computer communication equipment.
Today, LT proudly presents a groundbreaking FPGA accelerator card designed for high-performance computing and network acceleration devices.
This FPGA accelerator card not only boasts an eye-catching appearance with its bright red solder mask and high-precision surface treatment of immersion gold and 30U' electroplated gold fingers but also stands out due to its complex design and meticulous manufacturing process.
First, let's delve into its step-lamination process.
The conventional step-lamination process uses non-flow PP for lamination. However, to achieve high-speed performance, our product uses Panasonic's M6 high-speed PCB material. Since there is no corresponding non-flow PP for M6 available on the market, we had to use flow PP for lamination. This posed a significant challenge for the step-lamination process, but we successfully overcame it.
Additionally, this product features an 18-layer mechanical blind via board. The main board is divided into two sub-boards, L1-4 and L5-18, which are then laminated three times to form the final product. The lamination of multi-layer boards is inherently challenging, and the lamination of multi-layer special materials requires even more precise control. Any slight mistake could result in complete failure.
Finally, to ensure high-speed signal transmission, reduce signal attenuation, and prevent signal distortion, we incorporated back drilling technology into the manufacturing process. The specific parameters are as follows:
- CKT-1 drills from the top layer to the bottom layer with a depth of 1.25+1-0.05
- CKB-1 drills from the bottom layer to the top layer with a depth of 0.35mm and 1.45+1-0.05
- 0.351mm depth of 1.25+1-0.05
- 0.352mm depth of 1.05+1-0.05
- 0.353mm depth of 0.2+1-0.05
This FPGA accelerator card not only captivates with its appearance but also sets new standards in performance and craftsmanship. We look forward to seeing it deliver exceptional results for your high-performance computing and network acceleration needs!
