This step PCB uses a solder mask treatment on the step locations, instead of the traditional window design, providing a safer and more reliable connection for components. To overcome the challenge of solder mask ink easily detaching during lamination, LT Circuit engineers innovatively adopted spray-on technology. By applying the principle of character printers, the solder mask ink is sprayed onto the step section of the finished PCB, effectively solving the drawbacks of traditional screen printing processes and ensuring product quality and reliability.
In addition to the step design, this product also integrates technologies such as positive and negative copper and half-hole modules, meeting the diverse needs of customers.
