LT Circuit's latest release of a pure buried copper PCB showcases its innovative capabilities in the PCB manufacturing field. This product uses TUC-872 high-speed board material and embeds small copper blocks across the entire board to achieve exceptional heat dissipation performance.
Unlike traditional buried copper PCBs, the manufacturing process of this product is extremely challenging. Engineers have adopted innovative processes such as etching circuit patterns first, pressing PP to fix the position of copper blocks, laser opening to expose copper blocks, and electroplating to fill the area. Ultimately, they have achieved perfect embedding of copper blocks in the board material without any splicing marks.
